Exposing Deliberate Pollution of the English Language: Spinspeak Rots the Mind.

“Bury forever what some Neanderthals call the language of reality. We know that breeds nothing but envy and hate and fear and conflict. Bring home the language of happiness. We know that brings all of us together in a great multi-cultural bouillabaisse...”

  • “Too bad about his terrible accident. Always hard on da family.”

    Have a Merry Belief System

Secular junkies and politically correct police have won a new great victory: Congress has erected on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol something called a “Holiday Tree.”

You will not be surprised to learn that this 70-foot tree looks exactly like a Christmas tree. But by calling it that you will be offending people of diverse culture and religion (Muslim terrorists, for example), pagans, atheists and fellow-traveling bleeding hearts.

This spinspeak triumph, of course, comes on top of the growing effort this year to exclude the involvement of God with Thanksgiving.

As Columnist Michelle Malkin reports, the State of Maryland has proclaimed that “Maryland public school students are free to thank anyone they want while learning about the 17th century celebration of Thanksgiving -- as long as it's not God."
Maryland public school officials have turned Thanksgiving into a multicultural harvest devoid of its spiritual essence. Students are taught that Pilgrims had a "belief system," but nothing further. Not to worry, though. The Pilgrim Story is read in Spanish and English….

The “National Holiday Tree” comes with 5000 ornaments and 10,000 lights but no manger. Presumably one is permitted on viewing the tree (possibly while dancing around it) to sing that old popular song that begins: “O holiday tree, O holiday tree” and wish everyone a “Merry Belief System.”
